In collaboration with Third Root Community Health Center, we created an afternoon for folks to nurture their self-care while supporting a grassroots healing in Haiti! Through a kundalini yoga and mediation class, reiki and shamanic healing, massage, acupuncture, & herbal and nutritional consultations lead by Ayiti Resurrect collective members and volunteers & Third Root practitioners.
We would like to thank THIRD ROOT for so generously donating their space and for partnering with us to make this event happen! Special shout out to Kate Johnson and D Dixon for their hard work in collaboration!
